Directions to Reynolds and Associates Physical Therapy
From Durham/Chapel Hill Head south on US-15/US-501 toward Chapel Hill. Take exit 15 S to continue on 15-501 towards Pittsboro (left off exit ramp). Continue on US-15/US-501 South 3 miles past Southern Village until you reach the intersection of 15/501 and Mann’s Chapel Rd/Plaza Dr. Take a left on Plaza Dr and then take the third right into the back of Chatham Crossing Shopping Center. Our office is on the right.
From Pittsboro - Head north on Hillsboro St/US-15/US-501. Continue to follow US-15/US-501 North to the intersection of US-15/US-501 and Mann’s Chapel Rd. Turn right on Plaza Dr into Chatham Crossing Shopping Center, located on the right just before Cole Park Plaza. Our office is around the back of the left side of the shopping center, behind the Domino’s Pizza.
